In 2014, the company officially became Provider Partnership, building on over a decade of industry experience to establish itself as a leader in healthcare network development and advisory services.

With more than 20 years of expertise, we’ve navigated the evolving healthcare landscape, combining deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge solutions. Mary Simon, Managing Principal & CEO

Mary Simon has worked in the healthcare arena for more than 25 years. She has broad experience in both the payer and provider sectors, specializing in provider contracting and network development. Mary also has extensive knowledge in facility and provider contracting for commercial health plans, behavioral health, dental, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. Mary combines her strong strategic thinking, negotiations and communication skills with her depth of experience in network management and project management to deliver client specific options for success.

Michael Simon, Principal & COO

Michael brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience with an extensive background in diverse areas including managed care, healthcare delivery, network development, project management, channel management, business development, healthcare software and operations. Michael is highly skilled with the business operations of Medicare and Medicaid. Michael has worked with payor, providers, consultants and provider groups on large-scale initiatives and implementations including Infoway healthcare exchange and accountable care entities. As accomplished computer engineer, Michael also serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), where he integrates advanced analytics and innovative technology solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Provider Partnership’s services.

Steve Droze has more than 20 years of experience in Network Operations, Network Strategy, Network Development, Network Management and Network Integration. His experience spans across the Commercial, PPO, HMO, Medicare and Medicaid arenas. Steve combines his strong strategic thinking, negotiations and communication skills with his depth of experience in Network Management and Operation to deliver client specific options for success.
